In opposition to the structural limits, the Kraken Museum's architecture rises as volumes in the shape of structural concrete boxes supported by slender metal pillars. Like a forest of pillars below the museum, some are arranged diagonally to the gravitational force of the structure, withstanding the strong winds of the region, and giving the architecture a clean and light visual language.
