The house as a route.

​

The Paraty House is articulated in levels following the slope of the terrain. The route through the house starts from the upper level, through a walkway that connects to the hall. From this hall, it is possible to access the master suite or go downstairs to the social area (living room, kitchen, deck, and pool). On the lower levels are the studio and a guest suite.

A casa como percurso.

​

A Casa de Paraty se articula em patamares seguindo a inclinação do terreno. O percurso pela casa se inicia a partir do acesso pelo nível superior, através de uma passarela que se conecta ao hall. A partir deste hall, é possível acessar a suíte principal ou descer as escadas para a área social (sala, cozinha, deck e piscina). Nos níveis inferiores encontram-se o estúdio e uma suíte para hóspedes.
